An important update about our response to COVID-19
We appreciate and are grateful for your support of our small, family owned and operated business. We are all continuing to monitor the current situation. Our top priority remains the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.
We have made quite a few changes to help with this goal:
- In order to do our part with social distancing, we are only scheduling one employee at a time in the shipping and receiving warehouse. Our warehouse and shipping teams continue to process orders daily.
- Every employee is wearing gloves and masks throughout the shift.
- We have increased our regular cleaning routines, including more frequent hand washing, use of sanitizer, disinfecting and sanitizing our furniture, tables and chairs used by all personnel.
We continue to ship across the globe but are experiencing delays in select countries. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your order, delivery status, best shipping option, or how we are continuing to take all precautions necessary to protect your health and safety.
As you can imagine, this will affect your shipping times greatly. We appreciate your patience and support until we are able to do business as normal. Our prayers and thoughts go out to each and every person that is being affected by this terrible virus. We are praying for great resolve within our country and throughout the world. We are praying for beautiful moments of goodness and kindness to emerge through us and our communities. We are looking for the good and hope to prevail.
